Vanilla Fudge Brownie Ice Cream

Wow, it has been a long time since my last post!

I have been so busy with work, plus I started a Pâtisserie (baking!) course. The course is two days a week each day for 8 hours, so it is long, and the traveling is exhausting. But in the end, I enjoy the learning and the training, so it is worth it.

I made this ice cream over the weekend, and it was a huge hit. How can you go wrong with vanilla, brownies, and fudge (in and over the ice cream)?

This is actually the first time I am posting an ice cream recipe, so yay!

I made the brownies from a box to save time, but your own favorite brownie recipe would be also wonderful.

Favorite Passover Desserts

Passover is in a couple of days, and I thought I would share a few of my favorite passover baked goods. Of course chocolate is a main ingredient! It just does so well without any flour.

These recipes are delicious and are not only for passover - I make them all year around!

I am pretty excited about my great grandmothers sponge cake recipe, that my mom found this year. I hope I'll get around to posting it, but who knows, things are going to be hectic this coming week.

Flourless Chocolate Cake With Hot Chocolate Sauce This cake is one of my favorite desserts in general. I have been making it for seder night (the big passover dinner) for the past couple of years. It is always a huge hit.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Thank god I found this recipe! it is so delicious, and amazing because it has no butter or flour.

Deep Dark Chocolate Cookies One of the most popular posts on this blog. What more can I say?

Plus a couple of recipes I would love to try this year:

Honey Ricotta Cheesecake

Flourless Chocolate Lava Cake

Happy Holidays!

Brown Butter, Vanilla Bean Cake With Whipped Caramel Chocolate Frosting

I am officially 22-years old.

The best way to celebrates (in my eyes) is to make the most extravagant cake you can come up with, plus gifts are always welcome. This year I combined all my favorite flavors in one very tall and rich cake. I am just a simple girl with simple taste buds - Vanilla, Brown Butter, Chocolate & Caramel are a few of my favorites. This cake truly has it all.

My parents bought me an ice cream make, Which is something I have been wanting for a while. I can't wait to make homemade ice cream!

I guess I'll go update my age in the about section................

Winter Wonderland {vanilla bean cupcakes with white chocolate buttercream}

Snow!

To all my dear readers, who just thought to themselves "what's the big deal?" let me explain. I live in Israel, so snow is not something we get every year. I think the last time it snowed was in 2008. So this is very exciting! Isn't snow pretty? The only downside is how cold it is. I didn't last that long outside, but my dog had the greatest time in the world. True bliss.

I made vanilla bean cupcakes with white chocolate buttercream (a white theme, you see) to match the weather. The actual cake is really yummy and fluffy, but the buttercream is divine! It is so creamy and delicious. I think white chocolate may be underrated. The cupcakes were a huge success. You can't go wrong with classic vanilla.
