Hey everyone, just wanted to let you guys know that I am going on a 2 month vacation to Central America. yeah, that is right I will be backpacking for two whole months! I've been planning this trip for a long, long time and I am excited. Of course I am also very nervous, because I will miss my home, my family and my wonderful boyfriend, but I'm sure it will be a great experience.
It is obvious how much I'll miss baking and blogging about it, but I'll be back before you know it!

O.M.G, the water and island looks so beautiful! I wish I was taking a trip like you! 2012 is finally here, I can finally STOP procrastinating about vacationing and relocating, now is the time to do it!!! We will DO IT this year!
